In PSHE (personal, social and health education), Post 16 students have been learning about pregnancy as part of their ASDAN ‘Towards Independence’ accreditation. They had a special visitor yesterday – Mrs Crowther’s sister, Hannah.
Hannah is due to have her baby any day now and came in to answer some fantastic questions from students. They learnt all about how she has been feeling, how she has been staying healthy and looked at some of her ultrasound photos. Students were eager to give Hannah some name suggestions for the baby too and had a go on her birthing ball.
Thank you so much Hannah, the students thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
